Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

TheLumetra offers Cash on Delivery (COD) services for customers across Sri Lanka.

Order Confirmation:
• Orders may be confirmed through phone call or WhatsApp before processing.

Delivery Acceptance:
• Customers are requested to be available to receive orders once dispatched.

Fake Orders:
• Fake or intentionally rejected orders may result in restrictions from future COD purchases.

Inspection:
• Customers are encouraged to check the package condition upon delivery.

Delivery Attempts:
• Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times depending on location and availability.
